HOW DOES THE CHALLENGE WORK?

GOAL SETTING

Most people join the challenge for the same reasons- to lose weight, gain strength, improve their fitness, become more confident and feel better. Nothing feels better than achieving what you've set out to do, so with the help of the coaching team we will help you to map some short term performance goals.

GROUP COACHING SESSIONS 

You'll get three 60 min coaching session per week, all led by our expert personal trainers. We'll make sure you're training hard and smart, so that you make real, long lasting positive changes to your mind and body.


A FLEXIBLE NUTRITION COACHING SYSTEM

We use a flexible approach so you can get in shape without having to eat chicken and broccoli for every meal or following some crazy 1200 calorie diet.


BODY MEASUREMENTS

Lose the scales! Our state-of-the-art InBody scanner will help you to see everything that's going on in much more detail. It's quick to use and non invasive and an essential part of keeping track of your physical progress.

REGULAR CHECK INS 

Our Head Coach is available and on hand and you'll gte regular check-ins to answer any questions or add that extra touch of accountability.

WHERE IS FIT CLUB?

Our gym is based on Redeness Street, see here.

WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?

We have sessions available weekday mornings
at 6.30am, 9am, 10am and evenings at 5.30pm and 6.30pm plus Saturday mornings at 8am and 9am. You can come to whichever sessions suit you best each week.

HOW MUCH IS IT?

The 6 Week Challenge is just £197 – that includes everything, no additional costs or hidden extras. THIS OFFER IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE FIRST 10 SPACES.

WHEN CAN I START?

Once you've completed payment you can start right away. The 6 week's begins once you've booked your first session- NOT when you pay.

DO I NEED TO BE FIT?

No – we'll make sure you're working at a pace that matches your experience and fitness level. Most people who sign up are beginners or returning after a long period of inactivity.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER?

It's your choice – you can become a full member or if you decide we're not for you, we can part ways with no hard feelings. 85% of people that complete the 6 week challenge choose to stick around so we think this programme seems to hit the spot!
