Exercise improves sleep quality by regulating the sleep-wake cycle and increasing time spent in deep sleep. It also increases melatonin production and reduces anxiety through endorphin release, leading to a more restful, uninterrupted night's sleep. Everything starts to feel easier and your mood improves. Expect to feel this after 2 weeks of your challenge.
YOU'LL START TO FEEL STRONGER 💪🏼 IN SESSIONS AND OUTSIDE THE GYM🏋️
From around week three of your challenge the 'build' component of your programme will kick in and you'll begin to feeling stronger. You'll be pleased to see your numbers increase in the gym and outside of your sessions you'll notice that you feel stronger too. This is down to neural adaptions and is a great motivator.
YOU'LL START TO NOTICE CHANGES IN YOUR BODY 📉
You'll start to notice improvements in your body composition as the weeks progress. Our special Inbody machine will detect these changes even before they become obvious to you, and this creates a positive feedback loop, helping to keep you motivated and on track.

If we do our job right, by the end of the 6 weeks you should have a completely changed view of exercise and the gym. WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?
We have sessions available weekday mornings
at 6.30am, 9am, 10am and evenings at 5.30pm and 6.30pm plus Saturday mornings at 8am and 9am. You can come to whichever sessions suit you best each week.
HOW MUCH IS IT?
The 6 Week Challenge is just £197 – that includes everything, no additional costs or hidden extras. THIS OFFER IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE FIRST 10 SPACES.
WHEN CAN I START?
Once you've completed payment you can start right away. The 6 weeks begins once you've booked your first session- NOT when you pay.
DO I NEED TO BE FIT?
No – we'll make sure you're working at a pace that matches your experience and fitness level. Most people who sign up are beginners or returning after a long period of inactivity.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER?
It's your choice – you can become a full member or if you decide we're not for you, we can part ways with no hard feelings. 95% of people that complete the 6 week challenge choose to stick around so we think this programme seems to hit the spot!
